"I was so taken with the SLOW concept and its hidden truths that I wanted everyone to come to the same realization that I have! I wasn’t rushing to a better life…. in fact I was, to put it quite bluntly, rushing to an early grave!!!

I thought if a man in Italy can start a slow food movement that is sweeping the globe to such a degree that the slow food movement is popping up all across the nation, the next step would be to bring it into every aspect of our lives."

Our society has moved into the "FAST" age and it is destroying lives, families and indeed affecting our health to such a degree that we are rushing through life and not enjoying it. We need to take back time.

This site is about promoting a slower lifestyle, better eating, better living and indeed living longer and happier in Canada!!
